Tips and Advice on Stage Hire
Access - Despite being modular in nature Litedeck staging units are still large and heavy and require two installation engineers to move them. If your event is located in a venue with difficult access such as stairs, tight corridors or limited parking please let us know before the event as additional man-power may be necessary to install the stage safely. If FRASP attend a venue where the access is deemed to be unsafe we reserve the right to refuse installation and you will still be charged for the hire.
Surface - Litedeck modular stages can be installed on virtually any surface but please advise us if the stage is going to be outside or on uneven or soft groud as additional equipment may be necessary to ensure the stage is installed in a level and above all safe manner. If FRASP attend a venue where the surface is deemed to be uneven or unsafe we reserve the right to refuse installation and you will still be charged for the hire.
Disabled Access - The beauty of Litedeck staging is its ability to be configured in a wide variety of ways including creating disabled access ramps if required. Please advise us if a disabled access ramp is required and take into account the additional space this may take up in the venue.
Safety - As mentioned above any stage above a height of 2' should be equipped with hand rails. All stair modules will also be equipped with a hand rail to ensure safe access to the stage.
